In April, 2015, several members of the local Minute Men intercepted some 1,300 lbs. of cocaine being smuggled in the desert near El Paso into the U.S. All packages were marked with the symbol of a Cartel. The two arrested detainees were identified as CIA operatives. When the cocaine was seized the pair asked for a receipt.  Shawn Miller, Customs and Border Protection spokesman said, "What drug dealer in his right mind demands a receipt for 1,300 lbs of cocaine?  We believe the CIA knows more than they are ready to admit."
